Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Kursa Kanta P.S. Case No. 132 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 452, 380 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against petitioner is of committing loot in the house of informant.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case only on suspicion. He is not named in FIR. Nothing has been recovered from his possession. No Test Identification Parade has been made. Name of the petitioner has surfaced in this case only on the basis of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.67042 of 2018(2) dt.26-11-2018 2/2 confessional statement of co-accused Dilip Paswan. He has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 29.07.2018. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.- V, Araria in connection with Kursa Kanta P.S. Case No. 132 of 2018.
