The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hayaghat P.S. Case No. 125 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present case has been filed in retaliation of earlier case filed by the petitioner bearing Hayaghat P.S. Case No. 124 of 2013. Considering the nature of allegation and also the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named , in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of two weeks from the date of

Case No. 125 of 2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C..
