The petitioner is accused in connection with Case No. C-2/485 of 2018 registered under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.

The accusation is of recovery of 60 bottles, each containing 300 ml, Nepal Saufi from possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 15.09.2018.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71329 of 2018(2) dt.04-12-2018 2/2 the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Excise Act, Sitamarhi, in connection with Case No. C-2/485 of 2018. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
