Mr Abhoy Kumar Kashyap, AC to GP XVIII ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 11-06-2020 In presence of learned counsel for the State, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be filing representation before Respondent No 1 for posting him in the district of Jehanabad from the district of Madhubani on the vacant post of Amin.

The counter affidavit, filed by the District Authorities, clearly specifies that the District Magistrate, Madhubani has given no objection to the petitioner's inter district transfer. The decision would be taken by respondent No 1 on the petitioner's claim as the same is based on one Circular (Annexure 2) dated 03.06.2009 issued by the Principal Secretary in the Department of Cabinet Secretariat, in accordance with

Patna High Court CWJC No.8600 of 2019(3) dt.11-06-2020 2/2 law.

In view of the aforesaid position, petitioner's counsel submits that he would be approaching Respondent No 1 for redressal of his claim.

Let petitioner file his representation before Respondent No 1.

Needless to say that Respondent No 1 would be under the obligation to consider the petitioner's claim in accordance with law by reasoned and speaking order expeditiously and without any undue delay.

Writ petition stands disposed of.
