Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 272, 273, 420 of the I.P.C. and 47(a) of the Excise Act. The police seized country made wines from a vehicle bearing Registration No. BR-44G-0439.

It is submitted that the petitioner is the licencee of a liquor shop and a report was called for from the Excise Superintendent, Buxar, who reported that the petitioner was carrying the liquor legally as he is a licencee. On the other hand, learned Additional P.P. opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above

No.49455 of 2014 (2) dt.09-04-2015 2 / 2 named, is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the order on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Buxar, in connection with Sikroul P.S. Case No. 57 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
