2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 331(4), 305(a) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per F.I.R., co-accused Vicky Kumar committed theft in the house of informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics. As per F.I.R., co-accused Vicky Kumar has committed theft in the house of informant, but merely because petitioner happens to be mother of co-accused Vicky Kumar, she has been made accused. Petitioner is lady and has got clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Aurangabad (Bihar) in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 804 of 2024, G.R. No. 1775 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
