Advocate General - 8, by way of referring to averment made in the counter affidavit, particularly; statement made in paragraph - 10 of the counter affidavit, submits that grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed. The claimed amount i.e. Rs. 30,000/- (thirty thousand) has already been paid to the petitioner through the cheque dated 20-06-2013. Be that as it may, since none appeared on behalf of petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed due to nonprosecution. (Rakesh Kumar, J.) Anay U
