JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-12-2016 Heard Sri Niraj Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ram Naresh Ray, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

The sole petitioner, who is in custody only since 17.06.2016 in Sherghati( Dobhi) P.S. Case No.278 of 2016, corresponding to N.D. P.S. Case No.7/16, registered for the offence under Sections 15,17, 18 of the N.D.P.S. Act, has prayed for grant of bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is having clean antecedent and he is in custody since 17.06.2016 on an allegation of recovery of 15 Kg of Doda.

Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor has opposed the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45828 of 2016 (2) dt.16-12-2016 2/2 prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the quantity of recovery of contraband, there is no question for granting bail. The petition stands dismissed.
