JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 20-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned APP for the State.

On account of mass indulgence in preparation of spurious wine, the police came into action, cordoned the area and began to search one by one. During course thereof, it is said that from the house of petitioner no.1, 10 litres of Mahua wine as well as apparatus for preparing the wine and in likewise manner, from the house of the petitioner no.2, 15 litres of wine and apparatus were seized.

Petitioners are in custody since 21.06.2016 without having criminal antecedents as disclosed in para-3 of the instant petition.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, petitioners, namely, Reshmi Devi @ Reshma Devi and Gauri

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35619 of 2016 (2) dt.20-08-2016 Devi are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM, Gaya in Buniyadganj P.S. Case No. 103/2016.
