2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rasulpur P.S. Case No. 89/2000 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, the deceased was killed by the petitioner by pouring acid.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case. It is next submitted that trial is going on and three witnesses have been examined. Learned counsel further submits that he has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 17.04.2025. The petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the case/ trial.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21081 of 2026(4) dt.16-07-2026 2/2 for regular bail of the petitioner and submitted that during investigation it has come that the petitioner has poured acid on the deceased.

6. Considering the gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
