The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, informant (police official) along with other police personnel reached at the village of petitioner to arrest him in Gaunaha PS Case No. 92 of 2019. After seeing the police party, petitioner tried to flee away, but he was caught with the help of police personnel. Thereafter, family members of the petitioner started misbehaving with them and also damaged the government vehicle and tried to get him free from the clutches of the police.

It is submitted that petitioner has been falsely

Petitioner has already been granted bail in Gaunaha PS Case No. 92 of 2019 vide order dated 22.07.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21884 of 2020. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Gaunaha P.S. Case No. 66 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) vinita/- U T
