2. The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for modification of the order dated 10.03.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50922 of 2025.

3. For the reasons mentioned in the modification application, the same is allowed and the petitioner is directed to pay a maintenance of Rs. 4,000/- per month to the informant as a condition for grant of anticipatory bail.
