The application is for grant of bail for the offence under Sections 376/212 of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that from the face value of the FIR, it appears to have serious allegation against the petitioner but as a matter of fact, this case has been filed to put pressure on the petitioner to marry with the daughter of the informant and the present bail application has been affidavited by the daughter of the informant herself, as the petitioner married with her and lived together. Apart from the above, the petitioner is in custody for about two months. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

In view of the facts as stated above, let petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. Sessions Judge-1-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Begusarai in connection with POCSO P.S.Case No.44 of 2016 arising out of Barauni P.S.Case No.294 of 2016.
