Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has mainly prayed for quashing of Annexures-1 and 2 to the writ petition. However, during pendency of the writ petition, Respondent no.6 withdrew Annexures-1 and 2. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner makes a prayer for disposal of the present writ petition with an indication that if any grievance still exits, the petitioner will be at liberty to approach the authority

The prayer is allowed.
