Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.68152 of 2018(2) dt.28-11-2018 2/3 Both the petitions arise out of the same Purnea Sadar P.S. case no.488 of 2018 and, as such, they have been heard together and are being disposed of by this common order. The petitioners seek bail in Sadar P. S. Case No. 488 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147, 148,149,332,333,336,353, 307, 427, 290,435,323 and 341 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against these petitioners in the written report.

The informant had identified the petitioners on the basis of video clippings. It is alleged against petitioner that he was indulged in damaging the Government property on the date of occurrence on account of death of two persons in road accident by truck.

The petitioners are in custody since 2.9. 2018 having no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioners of both the cases , above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the CJM, Purnea corresponding to G.R. No. 3124 of 2018, in connection with
