2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Laxmipur (Giddhaur) P.S. Case No.472 of 2023 instituted under Sections 147, 148, 149, 326 and 302 of the I.P.C.

3. As per prosecution case, the father-in-law of the deceased (informant's daughter) pressurized the husband of the informant's daughter to give her divorce but the son-in-law of the informant did not become ready then the father-in-law of the deceased started selling the share of land of the husband of the deceased. It is further alleged that the informant came to know that accused persons including the petitioners killed her daughter.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this

Petitioner nos.1 and 2 are cousin father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased, who are leaving separately since long having no concern with the deceased or her in-laws. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. Petitioners were not present even in the village at the time of alleged occurrence. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they undertake to cooperate in the investigation.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Laxmipur (Giddhaur) P.S. Case No.472 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. (Sunil Dutta Mishra, J) Harish/- U T
