Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the order dated- 10.04.2019 he has already served copy of the present restoration petition on learned counsel for opposite party no. 2 and filed receipt. Name of learned counsel for opposite party no. 2 is appearing in the Daily Cause List however there is non -appearance on behalf of the informant. The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore Cr. Misc. No. 64621 of 2018, which stood dismissed on 05.03.2019 due to non -prosecution.
