The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 20(b) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act, 1985.

About 50 grams of Ganja was allegedly recovered from the shop of the petitioner. The petitioner has stated, on oath, that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Submission is that recovered quantity was small quantity.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51759 of 2016 (2) dt.10-01-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-1st-cum- Special Judge, N.D.P.S.Act in Special case No. 19 of 2016 arising out of Complaint Case No. 80(7)/2016.
