The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sigori Police Station Case No 131 of 2015 registered for offences punishable under Sections 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is still ready to keep the informant but her mental condition is not well and due to that, she always flee away from the house of the petitioner.
Heard learned APP also as well as learned counsel for the informant.
It is submitted on behalf of the informant that earlier also, after mediation, anyhow informant was allowed to come back to
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12524 of 2017 (2) dt.27-03-2017 2/2 her sasural but again she was thrown out from her sasural after assaulting her.
Having heard both sides and in view of the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, however, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered by the learned Court below without being prejudiced by the order of this Court. With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
