The petitioner seeks bail in Darihat P.S. Case No. 12/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 and 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant lodged the case for robbery of his motorcycle against unknown.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner figured in the confessional statement of the coaccused Ajit Kumar. Thereafter, the petitioner was arrested and the police also recorded the confessional statement of the petitioner, but the petitioner did not make any statement. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail since 28.06.2016. Ajit Kumar has already been

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that save and except the confessional statement of the co-accused and confession of the petitioner before the police no tangible material is collected to show the involvement of the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri (Rohtas) in connection with Darihat P.S. Case No. 12/2016.
