The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that while the informant with his son was going to Attaulapur Lalganj, three miscreants, namely, Rajan Singh @ Vinay Singh, Subham Singh and Arvind Singh, sons of this petitioner, over took them by motorcycle and opened fire to informant causing fire arm injury on his body. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 13.01.2019 and has got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the

The main allegation is against co-accused, namely, Rajan Singh @ Vinay Singh, Shubham Singh and Arvind Singh. There is admitted land dispute between the parties.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the complaint case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Kartaha P.S. case No.64 of 2018.
