Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. One motorcycle and battery are said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner when petitioner along with co-accused was going by the said motorcycle but the companion of petitioner managed to escape from there seeing the police party. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 03.07.2016.
