2. The petitioners apprehends his arrest in connection with Pauthu P.S. Case No. 71 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, in course of watching a dance program near a temple, the hot exchange of words had taken place between the informant and the accused persons and consequently, the accused persons attacked one Anant Kumar with rod as a result of which, he sustained injuries and when the informant came to rescue, he was also assaulted, resulting into bleeding on his head.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that both the parties have sustained injuries. There is case and counter case. The petitioners are the persons of clean antecedents. He has submitted further that the injuries are simple in nature.
5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Pauthu P.S. Case No. 71 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
