This is an application seeking quashing of the FIR of Muffasil P.S. Case No. 390 of 2013 dated 23.08.2013 instituted for the offence under Section 135 of the Electricity Act.

Considering the fact that this is a case of the year 2013 and in all its probability, the investigation must have been completed by now.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47225 of 2015(3) dt.09-10-2020 2/2 If at all the investigation is still incomplete, the same must be concluded within a period of three months from today.

In case the petitioner is desirous of challenging any order of cognizance, he may do so if cognizance has been taken in the case and the case has not progressed beyond that stage.

The petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
