For issuance of an appropriate writ commanding the respondents to grant and pay the benefit of first ACP and MACP, calculating the service period of the petitioner since 5.2.2022." 2.

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach

Patna High Court CWJC No.5434 of 2024(2) dt.18-04-2024 2/2 the Respondent No. 5, i.e. the Chief Engineer, Minor Water Resources Department (Minor Irrigation), Government of Bihar, Patna, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case, the petitioner approaches the Respondent No. 5, by filing appropriate representation, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off, by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter. 4.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
