The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Nathnagar (Madhusudanpur) P.S. Case No. 506 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 354(B), 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, specific accusation of extending threat to the informant and his family members is against co-accused Golu Kumar.

It is submitted that so far as the case of petitioner is concerned, there is no allegation of extending threat to the informant and his family members. Petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case simply because he is friend of co-accused Golu Kumar. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
