The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 420,471 and 476 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 63 and 65 of The Copyright Act, 1957.
It is alleged that 19 bags of duplicate 'Ghari' detergent powder were recovered from the auto rickshaw being driven by petitioner no. 1 and petitioner no. 2 is father of petitioner no. 1.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33300 of 2015 (2) dt.26-08-2015 2/2 petitioners that seizure was made on 30.5.2015 only on suspicion and no verification has been made with regard to the seized powder though certification of the same was made on 1.6.2015. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners by the learned court below in case the petitioners surrender within six weeks from today in connection with Daraunda P.S. Case No. 140 of 2015 pending in the court of learned CJM, Siwan. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
