Petitioner is languishing in custody in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 277 of 2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)A/26(ii)/35 of the Indian Penal Code.

The fire-arm was allegedly recovered from the co-accused, who was riding on the same vehicle. Only Rs.1500/- was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
