JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 20-02-2015 Heard Mr. Rakesh Chandra for the petitioner and Mr. Marukh Nath Roy, Assisting counsel to G.P. 8 for the State. The limited prayer made in this writ petition is for a direction to the Sub-Registrar, Khagaria to register the sale deed presented by the petitioner as back as on 22.8.2014. The grievance of the petitioner is that despite the sale deed was produced before the Sub-Registrar as back as on 22.8.2014 but it remains pending for registration. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking note of the limited grievance, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Sub-Registrar, Khagaria to consider the grievance of the petitioner and take appropriate steps for
Patna High Court CWJC No.21420 of 2014 (2) dt.20-02-2015 registration of the documents and if for any reason the SubRegistrar is of a different opinion regarding registration then he should dispose of the grievance of the petitioner by a speaking order in accordance with law to be passed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order.
