This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 420, 409, 467, 408, 471, 379 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The other named co-accused were involved in uploading the cash in Automated Teller Machine. On inspection, cash of rupees ten lakh and odd was found missing. In their confessional statement the name of the petitioner has transpired. Submission of the petitioner is that nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he has got no criminal antecedent. Due to person grudge with co-accused, he has been named in this case.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Darbhanga Sadar P.S. Case No. 287 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga, or successor Court with the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case.
