The petitioner seeks bail in Udawant Nagar P.S. Case No.102 of 2020, corresponding to Excise Case No.501 of 2020 registered under Sections 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

31 litres country made liquor made of Mahua is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that, the petitioner is in jail since 10.03.2020. Petitioner has already remained in jail for more than 31⁄2 months for the recovery of 31 litres of country made liquor.
