Thirty Nine litres of country made wine has been recovered and seized from the possession of the petitioner and on account thereof, is under custody since 13.09.2016. As per para-3 of the petition, petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner Md. Nazam @ Tepu is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Kochadhaman P.S. Case No.201/2016.
