JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-09-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 307, 326 and some other ancillary Sections of the Indian Penal Code and u/s 27 of Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, specific accusation of firing is against co-accused, Durga Paswan.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the case. There is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner. There is delay of three days in lodging the FIR. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

P. C.
