The petitioner seeks bail in Jandaha P.S. Case No.21 of 2014, registered under Sections 392, 411 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 25(1-B) A, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The informant, Jaggu Rai disclosed that some unknown persons looted his pick up van loaded with fishes. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of co-accused, namely, Rabindra Rai. Later on, police also arrested the petitioner and obtained confessional statement. Ranjeet Rai, Rabindra Rai and Shambhu Rai have already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No.19244 of 2014, Cr. Misc.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19933 of 2020(2) dt.30-06-2020 2/2 No.32527 of 2014 and Cr. Misc. No.43644 of 2014. The case of the petitioner stands on better footing. The petitioner is in jail since 22.01.2020 and he has not yet been put on TIP. Taking into consideration the facts that the name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of co-accused Rabindra Rai who has already been enlarged on bail and save and except the confession, the Investigating Officer did not collect any other tangible material, petitioner, namely, Rajesh Ram is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, XI, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No.21 of 2014.
