The petitioners, namely, Kalamun Nesha and Tetari Khatoon apprehend their arrest in Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S. Case No.407 of 2014 under Section 448, 342, 323, 147, 504, 379 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that there is land dispute between the parties and that the petitioners are ladies. However, the co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail.

Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that the parties are neighbours and both the petitioners are ladies and that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42225 of 2015 (2) dt.15-10-2015 the co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail I direct the petitioners to surrender before the court below within one month from today and on their so surrendering, the court below is directed to release the petitioners on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.5,000/- (rupees five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S.
