Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seek anticipatory bail in connection with Fulkaha P.S. Case No. 149 of 2020, registered for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504, 506, 353, 150, 212, 224, 225 and 186 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner has tried to free criminal from the hand of the police. In this circumstances, petitioner does not deserve anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed. He is directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks.
