JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 13-08-2015 In view of limited prayer made at the time of hearing of this application, the same is being disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to clear the remaining dues of a sum of Rs.1,71,393/- against the heading of penalty with respect to the encroachment within a period of three months for which the Housing Board also does not have any objection. On such payment having been made, let the Housing Board authorities take immediate steps for execution of the deed of lease and its registration with respect to the concerned plot in favour of the petitioner.
