The petitioner prays for bail in Mufassil P.S. Case No. 76 of 2016 registered under diverse penal provisions of the Arms Act.

The allegation is that one Jhaphani Singh was engaged in manufacturing country made pistol in his house. On such information, a raid was conducted, wherefrom co-accused Jhaphani Singh managed to escape. The petitioner was, however, found inside the house and was apprehended. It is alleged that some apparatus tools etc. used in production of country made weapons were found in one corner of the room. Contention of the petitioner is that he was hired to work with a mason in the house of the Jhaphani Singh. He has no criminal antecedent and is languishing in custody since

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger in Mufassil P.S. Case No. 76 of 2016 subject to the condition that one of the bailors shall be his own/close family member. The petitioner shall appear in person on each date fixed at the trial.
