This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Alamnagar P.S. Case No.279 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 7 of the E.C. Act.

The Block Agriculture Officer, Alamnagar, is the informant. It is alleged against the petitioner that he was found dealing with seeds for cultivation, which were not genuine rather duplicate. It has further been alleged in the First Information Report that without any license, the petitioner was running his shop in dealing with the seeds.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 29.01.2020 and considering the nature of allegation, there is no

Considering the facts and circumstances, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Udakishanganj, Madhepura, in Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 279 of 2019.
