This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 188, 452, 341, 342, 323, 307, 337, 338 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners were identified as members of the mob which had violated the prohibitory order under Section144 of the Criminal Procedure Code. They further allegedly obstructed in discharge of the function by public officials.

Considering the general and omni bus allegation against the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, are directed to be released on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten
