====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 10-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Rohtas Mahila P.S. Case No.53 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 498A, 323, 341, 504, 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

It has been submitted that the petitioner is Gotani of the informant.

As per the written report, the informant was married with Akash Kumar @ Sonu. She was tortured in Sasural and finally ousted from the house.

From the written report itself it appears that there is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner, who is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4378 of 2017 (2) dt.10-02-2017 Gotani of the informant. Therefore, prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail is allowed.

In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioner, named above, within six weeks from today in connection with Rohtas Mahila P.S. Case No.53 of 2016, she shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Rohtas at Sasaram, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
