JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 129 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Taking into consideration that the alleged recovery of illicit liquor has been made from the house of the petitioner, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail stands rejected.

However, this order shall not cause any prejudice to
