Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 442 of 2016 registered under Sections 147,148,149,341,427,323,307,379,504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has falsely been implicated in the present case. The fact is that the informant and others variously armed with pistol and deadly weapon reached at the door of the petitioner in which scuffle took place. Both parties sustained injury for which there is case and counter case.

No.8422 of 2017 (2) dt.28-02-2017 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within period of six weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate (west), Muzaffarpur in connection with kanti P.S. Case No. 442 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
