The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 498A and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner filed a supplementary affidavit stating therein that the case has been amicably settled between the husband and the wife as in pursuance of the compromise, the petitioner is to hand over a copy of the draft of rupees eleven lakhs to Ranjana Devi. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
