The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case no. 14 of 2017, registered under Sections 413, 414, 420, 384, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 33/34 of the Forest Act.
The accusation is that on receiving secret information about providing forged documents for entering the coal loaded trucks in Bihar at Dobhi, the Police reached there and apprehended Pintu Kumar, Jairam Kumar, Rakesh Kumar, who disclosed that they are the driver of the truck and they also stated that they are waiting for papers for entering of the coal loaded truck in Bihar and also disclosed the name of the petitioner as a member of the gang indulged in preparation of papers for entering in Bihar.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact,

No.12810 of 2017 (2) dt.11-04-2017 2/2 the name of the petitioner has been surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused with allegation that the petitioner is one of the persons, who indulged in providing forged documents to the driver of the coal loaded trucks for entering in Bihar. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Further submission is that similarly situated coaccused Jagan Yadav has already been granted anticipatory bail on 22.03.2017 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 13164 of 2017. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJM, Sherghati (Gaya) in connection with Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 14 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
