2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Guraru P.S. Case No. 164 of 2023 instituted for the offence u/s 307, 147, 149, 323, 341, 448, 324, 325 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is a case of assault by the petitioners to the informant's side in which four persons sustained injuries.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24068 of 2024(4) dt.28-06-2024 2/2 this case. There is case and counter case between the parties. The injury report is not in consonance with the prosecution case. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.MXth, Gaya in connection with Guraru P.S. Case No. 164 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Prakash/- U T
