JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 5 liters Nepali country made liquor is said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner but the seizurer list does not bear the signature of the petitioner. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 09.05.2016.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul in connection with Darpa P.S.Case No. 18 of 2016.
