ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 02-07-2015 The Petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 04.03.2013 passed by the 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (SC & ST), Bhagalpur, in Sessions Trial No.843 of 2012 refusing to release the articles seized under Section 85 Cr. P. C. Considering that the Petitioners have now surrendered and undertake to be represented on all the date, the order dated 04.03.2013 passed by the 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (SC & ST), Bhagalpur, in Sessions Trial No.843 of 2012 is hereby set aside.

The Trial Court is directed to release the articles within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on such bond as it may think fit and necessary.
