The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 325, 326 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and others to have assaulted to the informant. Submission of the petitioner is that similarly situated co-accused Chandan @ Chandan Kumar and others have been allowed anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 28.02.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No.8909 of 2017.
