Petitioner seeks bail in Madhepura P.S. Case No.768 of 2018 (Excise Case No.1172 of 2018) instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that total 50 litres foreign liquor has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 03.10.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.69385 of 2018(2) dt.29-11-2018 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge II cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhepura, in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No.768 of 2018 (Excise Case No.1172 of 2018), subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
